The Featured Créatives Program is the signature annual initiative of CRÉATEUR, designed to recognize, support, and elevate a select group of creatives whose work, vision, and dedication contribute to the future of creative culture.

More than a feature, the program is a year-long investment in the people behind the work––providing meaningful storytelling, professional opportunities, strategic support, and lasting community.

Featured Creatives are selected through a thoughtful curatorial process that considers:

  • Originality and creative voice

  • Craftsmanship

  • Alignment with CRÉATEUR’s mission and values

  • Potential for long-term impact

We intentionally feature a limited number of creatives each year, allowing us to invest deeply in every individual selected.

Our Commitment

When a creative is selected, our commitment extends beyond publication or exhibition.

We seek to build relationships that encourage continued growth, celebrate creative alignment, and create meaningful opportunities throughout the CRÉATEUR ecosystem.

Our goal is not simply to showcase creative work, but to cultivate creative lives.

  • It is $0 for creatives to apply to become a Featured Creative. Featured Creatives, in fact, receive a % of their featured issue’s sales. Aligning with our believe that the community should pay for access to creatives, and not creatives paying for access to the community.

  • While CRÉATEUR proudly celebrates the Seattle creative community, future opportunities may expand beyond our region.

  • Yes. In accordance with our Creative Bill of Rights and our Featured Creative Collaboration Agreement, any use of submitted work is governed by clear agreements that respect authorship and creative rights.

  • CREATEUR intentionally features a limited number of creatives annually to ensure every participant receives meaninful attention, investment, and opportunity. Including 3 featured creatives per issue and partnering with local creative collectives throughout the year.
